Lisa has many years experience in painting the traditional art on Narrow boats new and old. Having had a working boat history for many years and loading and unloading traditional working boats as her business she offers a high quality gift.

The traditional art is painted on many items which are displayed in the forth coming pages.

So enter the wonderful world of the Traditional English Canal art that adorned the working boats of yesteryear and the surviving boats today.

Each canal carrying company had their own style of roses and castles as did each boat yard who had a painter. The boats of the carrying company had their own liveries and were significant to the company as are painted lorries today.

Each rose is a replica of the style of roses used in the Northern Stratford area, Barunstone and Fellows Morton Clayton carrying company. The daisies are from C1900. Each has been researched for style and petal formation.

We also paint "Bonnie" our favorite boat horse C 1910 on our gifts as we do many more of our favorite historical canal scenes.
